Graphic Designer (AI-Talented)

Type: Full-time (long-term contract after trial) Location: Remote / Hybrid Level: Mid–Senior

Role Overview We’re hiring a Graphic Designer who can turn AI-generated visuals into clean, brand-consistent commercial assets. You’ll build scalable design systems, templates, and layouts that make our content feel intentional, not “AI-ish.”

Key Responsibilities • Design brand systems: typography, layouts, templates, end cards, CTAs • Adapt AI-generated visuals into polished, usable marketing assets • Create motion-ready design elements for editors (titles, lower thirds, packshots) • Maintain consistency across campaigns and formats • Collaborate with creative and production teams to improve the design system over time

AI Model Requirements (Must) • Demonstrable experience using AI models/tools (e.g., Nano Banana (Pro) and related workflows) • Ability to generate, refine, and commercialize AI outputs (brand-safe, clean typography, usable compositions)

Work Pace & Expectations (Required) You must be able to handle high demand, tight timelines, and rapid feedback cycles. Shipping consistently matters.

Quality Standards (Required) • Strong typography, spacing, layout discipline, and brand consistency • Self-QA before review: spelling, safe zones, export settings, brand rules Feedback & Revisions (Required) • Comfortable with multiple revision rounds and direct feedback • Can iterate fast without breaking design consistency

File Discipline (Required) • Organized files, clear versioning, consistent naming, and clean handoff to editors/PMs

Tool Adaptability (Required) • Must learn new AI tools/workflows as needed and keep quality stable as tools evolve

Confidentiality (Required) • NDA required, strict confidentiality for client assets and internal production methods

Hardware & Work Setup (Required) Production-ready hardware and stable internet required. Software Support Company pays 50% of required software/tooling, possibly 100% depending on the case.

Hiring Process (Non-Negotiable) • Portfolio required • Practical test required • Trial phases: 1 month 50% paid, then 2 months full paid, then long-term contract
