Role Overview We’re hiring an AI-specialized Video Creator/Director who can generate/direct AI footage with commercial quality and consistency. This is not “generate something cool.” This is production: controlled outputs, repeatable workflows, and usable shots for editing.
Key Responsibilities • Create/direct AI video scenes from brief to final usable clips • Produce consistent shots (style, subject continuity, framing, motion) • Build repeatable workflows for quality control and scaling output • Collaborate closely with Art Director, Designer, and Editor to deliver final ads • Troubleshoot AI generation issues and improve results quickly • Contribute to improving product/service quality and our production pipeline AI Model Requirements (Must) • High-level, proven experience with Kling, Sora, Veo (and comparable tools) • Ability to produce stable, high-quality clips suitable for commercial editing
Work Pace & Expectations (Required) You must perform under pressure, ship high volumes, and deliver on narrow timelines with fast feedback loops.
Quality Standards (Required) • Strong cinematic judgment: composition, motion, lighting, storytelling clarity • Self-QA on outputs: artifact control, consistency, edit-ability
Feedback & Revisions (Required) • Comfortable with rapid iteration and multiple revision rounds • Can revise quickly while protecting continuity and brand direction
File Discipline (Required) • Proper naming, versioning, documentation of prompts/workflows where needed, and clean handoffs
Tool Adaptability (Required) • Must adapt to new models and workflow changes quickly while keeping quality stable
Confidentiality (Required) • NDA required, strict confidentiality for all client and internal work
Hardware & Work Setup (Required) Production-ready hardware and stable internet required for AI video workflows. Software Support Company pays 50% of required software/tooling, may cover 100% depending on role needs and usage.
Hiring Process (Non-Negotiable) • Portfolio required • Practical test required • Trial phases: 1 month 50% paid, then 2 months full paid, then long-term contract
