Video Editor (AI-Talented) Type: Full-time (long-term contract after trial) Location: Remote / Hybrid Level: Mid–Senior

Role Overview We’re hiring a Video Editor who can turn AI-generated clips into finished commercials with strong pacing, clean motion typography, and platform-ready exports. You’ll work fast, deliver multiple versions, and keep quality high.

Key Responsibilities • Edit AI and hybrid footage into commercial-ready ads • Add motion typography, captions, transitions, end cards, packshots • Optimize deliverables for TikTok/Reels/Shorts/YouTube and paid ads • Manage versioning and output multiple variants efficiently • Collaborate with creative, AI creators, and designers to polish outputs AI Model Requirements (Must) • Proven experience editing outputs from Kling, Sora, Veo, and similar AI video models • Ability to work around AI artifacts and inconsistent motion while maintaining quality

Work Pace & Expectations (Required) High demand, tight timelines, and fast turnarounds are normal. You must consistently ship under pressure.

Quality Standards (Required) • Excellent pacing, structure, and commercial polish • Self-QA: export specs, captions, spelling, safe zones, audio levels, bitrate/settings

Feedback & Revisions (Required) • Comfortable with rapid iteration and multiple revision rounds • Can implement feedback quickly without introducing new mistakes

File Discipline (Required) • Clean project organization, naming conventions, version control, and editable handoff files

Tool Adaptability (Required) • Must adapt to changing AI workflows and new formats without losing output quality

Confidentiality (Required) NDA required. No sharing client work, internal assets, or unreleased material.

Hardware & Work Setup (Required) Must have hardware capable of handling heavy timelines and exports (commercial work). Stable internet required. Software Support Company pays 50% of required software/tooling, potentially 100% depending on the case.

Hiring Process (Non-Negotiable) • Portfolio required • Practical test required • Trial phases: 1 month 50% paid, then 2 months full paid, then long-term contract
